“Pat helped me set my own goals, then I wasn’t accountable only to myself. They were my goals, not something someone else set for me. Then as I achieved them, I set them higher and worked harder. In one year, I doubled my income!”  (C.V. Minnesota, Professional Cosmetologist)

Today I woke up and didn’t feel that angry feeling that I was carrying inside of me… Thank you Pat … for such a wonderful gift… Those words don’t even express my feelings about today. I can honestly say I have not ever felt this much peace...” (M.W. Minnesota, Mother of Child with Autism).

Thank-you so much for your time and support during our coaching relationship. Your expertise and caring ways have been very helpful.” (B.H. Minnesota, Small Business Owner)

The support, genuine care and discussions we have had… cannot express what that has meant to me while moving through the stages of grief.” (A.H. Minnesota, Grieving Adult Child and Sibling)

… she (Pat) has consistently exhibited the skills and traits necessary to comfort and support those who have lost loved ones: empathy, compassion, listening, encouragement, coaching, and the ability to relate to people with a variety of personalities and backgrounds.” (D.D. Minnesota, Insurance Executive)

  1. Having started my own business, I reached out to Pat for assistance with structure and setting boundaries for myself and my clients. As we worked on that in coaching sessions, we were able to start talking about another goal I had in mind and once things fell into place my life became like a butterfly moving out of it’s cocoon. The skills I gained through coaching remain with me. I am so grateful to Pat for her support and encouragement and for helping me become a courageous person as well. 2. Pat is a rare woman. She has a wonderful combination of wisdom, pragmatism, experience and deep love for people which immediately becomes apparent in her sessions. Pat was able to teach me that I had the answers to my problems within myself…she quickly taught this ability I have and continues to do so with each session I have with her. Her gentle, powerful way of being empathetic, not sympathetic, is sheer magic. I genuinely wish everyone had her to help them through the inevitable ups and downs that we all experience in life. Thank you Pat for being the true healer that you are.

  3. I’ve been blessed to work with Pat over the last year, and currently, on the issue of chronic pain, and depression that comes along with it. For years I’ve battled constant chronic pain due to degeneration in my neck; finally agreeing to surgery after years of unsuccessful treatments. My surgery failed and caused a condition that increased my pain and allows only minimal and painful movement in my neck. I lost my career, I lost friends, many hobbies and my dreams for my “future” vanished. I was not in a healthy place, mentally and physically, when I started working with Pat. I share my medical history only to reference what had affected my life.
Our sessions started and over the course of time I’ve been able to better manage not only depression but my pain. I started waking up WITHOUT the feeling of dread, I started finding points of joy in my day. I found ways to refocus my mind from the pain to feelings of relaxation.
Pat’s passion and compassion in guiding me while learning breath work, meditation and visualization was so amazing. Even if I get on our call in tears (we all have our days) her wisdom and insight allows her to guide me, using the tools she taught me, into letting go of or seeing another side to whatever is going on. It’s amazing 😇!
Pat’s coaching and guidance provided me tools that allow me to beat back the depression (and the feeling of being worthless) that visited me daily, to now only peeking it’s head every so often. And I know now, with what I’ve learned, how to leave that place, thank God.
Breath work and meditation are tools I now use daily as a part of my pain management regime. Pain is still a constant but using meditation (of varying kinds) has taught my body and mind how to get to a relaxed state. It also has given me the ability to refocus my mind from the pain to something more joyful. Does this take away some of the pain? Yes, to a degree; however it reminds me how extremely grateful I am for everybody and everything in my life, how blessed I am. And that’s more than I ever hoped for!
Pat, looking back at where I “was” before we started working together and where I “am” now, my life has turned around. I have a wonderful, love-filled life to live, and I’m still finding new norms for myself. Before I just wanted to get through the day so I could sleep; now I want to LIVE the day. I’ve told you how much working with you has meant to me; it’s time I tell others. I truly don’t know where I’d be right now if our paths hadn’t crossed that day but I thank God they did 😊!

    1. Lori, it has totally been your willingness to search for what will work for you and to “do the work” that is a great part of the coaching process. You also have a terrific medical team who are supportive of using coaching to support your healing. I am looking forward to seeing where some of the new tools can take you in your dream of a life of purpose and joy!
