Experience the benefits of Spring Forest Qigong during this 90-minute Introduction to Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ). Qigong is an ancient form of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), utilizing energy breathing, simple movement, and meditation to help balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit.
Research has shown practicing SFQ on a regular basis can have a positive impact for people who are experiencing chronic pain, emotional disturbances, and/or depression. Many people have found practicing SFQ in combination with chemotherapy and other traditional medical treatments is a powerful tool in achieving improved physical and emotional well-being.
